KODX 96.9 is primarily a news and public affairs station.  Our goal is to directly work with local grassroots organizations to produce regularly broadcast radio shows/segments that focus on issues that are important and relevant to their members and the general public. Since the creation of these organizations was in response to a lack of support within the greater community for their respective issues, building a new media conduit for these organizations will serve to strengthen their bonds within the community.

In addition KODX is assembling a team of citizen journalists who will regularly report on events and issues taking place in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.

We are also excited to be working with the Pacifica Radio Network and looking forward to broadcasting some of the fine shows produced by their many affiliates.
